How our country teams work

Each market — Bangladesh, Nepal and Singapore — has a country lead who owns sales, onboarding and ongoing customer success in-region. They are supported by a shared product, engineering and security team. Every customer is paired with a named onboarding manager during the first 90 days and a customer success manager after that.

Hiring

We hire people who have actually run school operations — bursars, principals, IT coordinators, examination controllers — alongside software engineers. The combination is intentional: it stops us from building features that look right on screen but don't survive a real result-publishing week.
