Hifz tracking software for madrasas and Islamic schools

EduGradUP's Hifz tracking module records what each student has memorised (by Para, Manzil and Surah), schedules revision rounds, captures examiner sign-off and reports progress to parents weekly.

Why a specialised mode

Most school ERPs treat religious-niche schools as an afterthought — names get mangled into Latin, calendars are wrong, and there is no way to track the things that actually matter (paath, kirtan, Vinaya, langar). EduGradUP adds these as first-class features alongside the standard SIS so you don't run two systems.

Key features

“We replaced three exercise books per teacher with this. The revision schedule alone saved one Maulana 6 hours a week.”
Maulana Abdullah Al Mamun, Principal, Sample Qawmi madrasa, Dhaka

Frequently asked questions

Frequently Asked Questions

5 questions

Does it support both Qawmi and Aliya boards?

Yes — Hifz tracking is board-agnostic. The same student record can run Qawmi Hifz cycle and Aliya academic grading side-by-side.

Can we customise the Sabaq / Sabqi / Manzil cycle?

Yes — the revision intervals are configurable per madrasa, and individual Hafiz teachers can override per student.

How are mistakes tracked?

Per Surah and per Ayah range with severity tags (Lahn-e-Jali / Lahn-e-Khafi). A heatmap surfaces weak spots for the examiner.

Is the Hifz certificate accepted by Befaqul / BMEB?

The certificate is an EduGradUP institutional record. For board-level certification, board-issued certificates remain authoritative; our log is the underlying evidence trail.

What languages is the parent report in?

Bengali, Urdu, Hindi and English — pick per parent. The student's own audio sign-offs can be embedded inline.
