EduGradUP integrates with Google Workspace for Education for SSO, roster sync to Google Classroom and one-click Meet links inside the timetable.

What you get

Setup — step by step

  1. Enable OAuth client in Google Cloud. In Google Cloud Console create an OAuth client for EduGradUP, restrict to your school's Workspace domain.
  2. Add OAuth credentials. Paste the Client ID and Client Secret into Setup → Integrations → Google in EduGradUP.
  3. Grant Classroom + Meet scopes. In Workspace Admin grant Classroom and Meet scopes to the EduGradUP OAuth client.
  4. Pilot SSO with one teacher. Have one teacher sign in with Google and confirm role mapping is correct.
  5. Enable Classroom roster sync. In Setup → Integrations → Google flip Classroom sync to ON. Initial sync runs in 5–10 minutes.

Do students get Google accounts automatically?

No — EduGradUP uses existing Workspace accounts. Provisioning of student Workspace accounts remains in Workspace Admin.

Does EduGradUP write to Google Classroom?

Yes when roster sync is enabled — classes, rosters and assignment links flow from EduGradUP into Google Classroom; grades flow back optionally.

Is this PDPA / DPDP compliant?

EduGradUP and Google Workspace for Education are both designed for K-12 compliance. EduGradUP does not store any Google account passwords.
