What SSO providers do you support?
SAML 2.0 (Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, Okta, OneLogin) and OAuth 2.0 — any IdP that speaks standard protocols works.
Where is data hosted?
Singapore tenants in AWS Singapore (ap-southeast-1); India tenants in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1); Bangladesh and Nepal tenants in AWS Singapore with regional backups.
Can we export all our data?
Yes — full CSV/JSON export available at any time via the admin console, plus a documented 30-day exit procedure on contract termination.
Do you offer on-premises deployment or is it cloud-only?
EduGradUP is cloud-only with single-tenant logical isolation on AWS. On-prem is not offered, but we meet the usual on-prem drivers another way: per-country data residency (AWS Singapore or Mumbai), a named DPO, encrypted backups you can export, and a documented exit plan — so you stay off patching, scaling and DR duty.
How is one school's data isolated from another's?
Every tenant has a logically isolated dataset with tenant-scoped access enforced at the application and query layer, a separate encryption context, and per-tenant API keys. No cross-tenant queries are possible and admin actions are scoped to your tenant only.
How is the API secured — rate limits and webhook validation?
The REST API uses OAuth 2.0 plus scoped, rotatable API keys over TLS 1.2+. Webhooks are signed with an HMAC-SHA256 signature so you can verify authenticity, and every key is rate-limited with 429 back-off headers. Full detail is on the Trust centre.
Are you ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR ready?
We run an ISO 27001-aligned ISMS (Statement of Applicability and audit scope under NDA), SOC 2 Type II is in progress with a bridge letter available, and a GDPR Data Processing Addendum with EU Standard Contractual Clauses is available for European school groups.
